One of our roles as your broker is to provide the opportunity to discuss claims in confidence, without prejudice. Therefore, we prefer you contact us, rather than your insurer. However, if you are not able to do so, or in case of an emergency, our insurers have 24-hour direct claim reporting services. Prior to calling, please have your policy number and claim details available for the claims adjuster. The insurance company will forward a copy of your claim report to our office.
